The retail configuration is made up of base and rookie cards present in nine parallel levels exclusive to the retail configuration: Red; Status and Aspirations (cards #'d up to 99); Orange (up to 30 max), Pink (up to 25 max), Purple (up to 15 max), Gold (up to 10 max), Green (up to 5 max), Black (one-of-one card, printed in a single copy).

Spellbound, Elite Deck, Start Status and Field Vision cards present in two parallel levels exclusive to the retail configuration: Gold (cards #'d up to a maximum of 10) and Black (one-of-one card, printed in a single copy).

Back to The Future Signature and Pen Pals cards, all with the player's real autograph and #'d up to a maximum of 199! What's more, if you're lucky, you can find these cards in the parallel levels Gold (cards #'d up to 10) and Black (one-of-one cards, printed in a single copy).

Throwback Threads and Spark Plugs cards, all with memorabilia and #'d up to 99 (Throwback Threads) and 49 (Spark Plugs)! Plus, if you're lucky, you can find these cards in the parallel levels Gold (cards #'d up to 10) and Black (one-of-one card, printed in a single copy).

In each retail box, on average, you can find: eight parallel cards (three of which are #'d) and 12 cards from the Spellbound, Elite Deck, Star Status and Field Vision subsets.
